Send to an HPay client
Prepare an internal transfer.
Available options depend on your country, account and enabled services. Amounts shown are examples.
Quoted labels match HPay screens. Controls still displayed in French in the app keep that wording in this guide.
Open the right screen
In the menu, tap « To an HPay client ». Select « Personal account to debit » in the illustrated form.
Look for: « Personal account to debit » · « Amount to transfer » · « Beneficiary phone ». The form is empty: enter the details of your own account.

Enter « Amount to transfer » and « Beneficiary phone ». The recipient is searched by phone number, not by account number.
Check before confirming
Check the returned recipient identity before confirming any transfer. Find the operation afterwards under « Transfers » in the menu.
