Open the right screen
The badge on « Support » indicates unread messages. Open « My requests » and the relevant request.
Look for: « Reply ». The bubbles show fictional messages and their dates. The reply field is below them.

Read messages and their dates. Enter your text in « Your reply » below the conversation. The screenshot shows a demo exchange.

Reply
Tap « Reply » to reply within the same request. Received links are clickable: check the destination before opening them.
