Available options depend on your country, account and enabled services. Amounts shown are examples.

Quoted labels match HPay screens. Controls still displayed in French in the app keep that wording in this guide.

Open HPay Store

Tap ⁨« HPAY Store »⁩ from home or the menu. The screenshot shows ⁨« Achat & Abonnement »⁩ for a new purchase and ⁨« Historiques »⁩ for previous operations.

Choose the country

Tap ⁨« Achat & Abonnement »⁩, then enter the destination country in ⁨« Recherche de pays... »⁩. Tap its flag. The screenshot uses Haiti as an example.

Choose the operator

The window lists operators for the selected country. Tap the recipient’s operator. This example continues with Haiti Digicel; always check the displayed network and currency.

Choose the product

Tap the desired product in the operator’s list. Offers and amounts may change: use the information shown at the time of your purchase.

Complete the purchase form

In ⁨« Compte à utiliser »⁩, choose the account to debit. Enter the editable amount and ⁨« Bénéficiaire (Téléphone / Account ID) »⁩ when requested. Vouchers instead offer the ⁨« Email de réception (facultatif) »⁩ field. Tap ⁨« Continuer »⁩ for the summary.

Review and confirm

Check the product, recipient, currencies, fees and debit before ⁨« CONFIRMER »⁩. Find the purchase under ⁨« Historiques »⁩ on the Store entry page. These controls currently remain in French in HPay.

The Store shows no countries or products.

Check your connection, then reopen ⁨« Achat & Abonnement »⁩. If the list remains empty, contact ⁨« Support »⁩ and specify the country you searched for. You can only select an offer once it appears.
