Fill in the fields

Tap ⁨« P2P deposit »⁩ in the menu or home screen. Choose a payment method and enter the amount in the illustrated form.

Create the request

Check the fees and amount credited, then tap ⁨« Request deposit »⁩ and review the confirmation. Wait for an agent to take the request before paying.

Make the payment

Open the request for the agent’s payment details. After actually paying, use ⁨« I have sent the money »⁩ when offered. Crediting then depends on the agent’s confirmation; the screenshot shows an already completed example.
