Use the P2P agent workspace
Understand applications and handling requests.
Available options depend on your country, account and enabled services. Amounts shown are examples.
Quoted labels match HPay screens. Controls still displayed in French in the app keep that wording in this guide.
Create the request
Open « P2P agent ». If eligible, enter your city and tap « Submit my application ». Wait for approval.
Look for: « Submit my application ». The demo character meets application requirements. Entering a city and submitting the form does not mean approval.

Once active, open « Availability and payment methods ». Set your availability, tap « Save » and configure payment methods with « Add a payment method ».

In the agent workspace, use « Take this request » for an available compatible request. For a deposit you receive the client’s money; for a withdrawal you send it. The screenshot shows no available request.
Look for: « Availability and payment methods ». The agent is active, but no requests are available in this example.
